The deal, in plain English.

Creator terms. Last updated September 24, 2026. This is the agreement between you (a creator) and Algorithm Arbitrage (“we”). We wrote it to be read, not skimmed. If anything here conflicts with a campaign brief, this page wins.

1. Three promises

We analyze your videos to grade and coach you. After a video posts, ALGO (our coach) downloads it and reads it: what's on screen, what's said, how it's paced, how it sounds. That read becomes your grade on the Tape, the notes on what worked, and the word-for-word rewrites of lines that didn't. To do it we send still frames to Claude (made by Anthropic) and the video with its sound to Gemini (made by Google). We only use their paid business services, which don't keep your video to train their models. We use the read for one thing: grading and coaching you. This is called Craft and it's on by default. You can turn it off any time in the account menu (Video analysis) or on your Tape. With it off, your videos are still graded on their numbers (views, retention, engagement), just not on the video itself.

We never train any model on your face or voice. Not ours, not anyone else's. We will never use your face, voice, name or videos to train or fine-tune an AI model, never make a digital copy of you, and never sell or license your likeness to anyone who would. That goes for every brand on the platform too.

You own your content. Every video you make stays yours: the copyright, the account, the audience. Posting to a campaign lets us and the brand track and report on that post, and lets ALGO analyze it as described above. It doesn't transfer ownership. If a brand wants to run your video as a paid ad, that's a separate deal (“ad rights”) you agree to on its own and get paid for.

And one more: no clawbacks. Once money is in your payout method, it's yours. We will never reverse a payment we've already sent. If we make an accounting mistake in your favour, that's our cost. The only thing we adjust is pending money that hasn't been paid yet (section 4).

2. Who can join

You must be 18 or older and legally able to receive payments where you live. You need at least one posting account you control. One social handle can be verified by one creator only; if a handle is already claimed, we will ask the ALGO team to sort out who owns it.

3. Campaigns, posting and approval

Each campaign shows its terms up front: the pay model, minimum views, videos per day, platforms and any tier requirement. When you apply, you agree to that campaign's brief and post rules. You must disclose the partnership on every post (#ad or #sponsored, at the start), post only from a verified account, and never use bots, bought views or reposted content. Videos are reviewed within 48 hours; we can reject a video that breaks the brief or the law, and a rejected video does not earn.

4. How you get paid

Base pay (on retainer campaigns) is paid per approved video or per cycle as the campaign states. CPM pays per 1,000 qualified views once a video clears the campaign's minimum, on all of that video's views. Affiliate commission is paid on tracked sales. Each campaign has a per-creator cap per cycle.

Earnings show as pending while views are still counting. They become available when the campaign's view window (30 days from posting) closes and your first post on that account has been confirmed live. Pending amounts can go up or down as views are verified; if a post is deleted or disappears, its pending earnings are removed. Available money is never reduced. Withdraw any time from $25; PayPal takes 1 to 2 days, bank transfer 2 to 5. We pay the fees.

5. Grades and ranks

Every video is graded on the Tape. Grades and ranks never change what a video pays: every creator on a campaign is paid the same terms. A higher grade means a better video, and better videos tend to get more views, which is what pays. Ranks unlock access (earlier drops, campaigns reserved for higher ranks, deeper analytics) and are published at /ranks. They have no cash value on their own.

6. Verification and fraud

We verify that you control each posting account (a short code in your bio, or a manual check by our team). We hold the first payout on a newly verified account until one of its submitted videos is confirmed live. Fake accounts, view inflation, impersonation or claiming someone else's handle will get the account removed and pending (unpaid) earnings forfeited. Money already paid stays paid (section 1).

7. Ending things

You can leave any time; anything pending finishes on its normal schedule and you can still withdraw available money. We can close an account for breaking these terms. Either way, the promises in section 1 keep applying to everything you posted.

8. The boring but necessary bits

We provide the platform as-is and do our best to keep it running, but we can't promise a campaign will always be open or a brand will always pay on time. Our liability to you is limited to the amounts we owe you under these terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. We may update this page; if a change materially reduces what you get, we will tell you in the Discord and by email before it applies.
